Beppe Kessler (b. 1952) studied textile design at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam from 1974 to 1979.

From that moment on she evolved into a versatile visual artist with a passion for colour, material and texture. Over the past 30 years Kessler has developed her own unique style as a painter and jewellery designer, using everyday materials such as acrylic and balsa for her tactile and colourful jewellery. Kessler describes her wearable sculptures as ‘little treasures’ that always have a story to tell, whether on a personal or societal level. As a guest lecturer she frequently gives workshops to students in the Netherlands and abroad. Works by Beppe Kessler are held in museum collections all over the world.
